ABOUT THE COUNCIL
The Law on the Social Council (Official Gazette of Montenegro No. 16/07, 20/11 and 61/13) established the Social Council of Montenegro in 2008 with the aim of establishing and developing social dialogue on issues of importance for the realization of economic and the social position of employees and employers and the conditions of their life and work, the development of a culture of dialogue and encouraging the peaceful settlement of individual and collective labor disputes and other issues arising from international documents relating to mutual relations between employees and employers
